Fields Kitchen & Bar strives to be more than just a restaurant for our community. We want to be good partner to our local farms and suppliers. We want to help our diners taste the difference fresher food makes, and drive demand for the area’s agriculture. And, we want to create a long-lasting culture for our employees to thrive in.

Buy Local, Buy Healthy

At Fields, we purchase produce from suppliers whom work with local farms to help support the region’s small businesses. In order to bring higher quality product to our customers, we choose organic and purchase hormone-free, steroid-free, 100% natural meats (no RGBH) whenever possible.

Greener Operations

Think of the waste the average family creates in cooking a meal. Now multiply that one hundred fold every night for a restaurant like Fields. By doing more to reduce our waste, recycle everything we can, and buy products made from post-recycled materials, we’re doing our part for the planet.
